Anyone listening to the news over the last several years could be forgiven for thinking there was little chance of a business even surviving, let alone thriving, in the austere economic climate that has engulfed the UK.

This year, that phenomenal growth is recognised by the London Stock Exchange, seeing GG Glass and Glazing standing tall as one of Britain’s most inspirational companies.
Starting Small – Growing Big
Founded back in 2008 by Dennis Worrall, a former operations director with Greenberg Glass, GG Glass and Glazing has almost doubled its turnover year on year. The company now has turnover of £12m and employs over 100 people.
From such humble beginnings in 2008, when Mr Worrall first formed a team to purchase assets and depots from Greenberg Glass, skilful management led to rapid expansion. By November, three new directors – Roy Williams, Sam Grant and John Grant – joined the company. Sam Grant and John Grant also came from Greenberg Glass where they had been senior managers.
Recognition From London Stock Exchange
Continued growth through skilful management and shrewd acquisitions steered GG Glass to success through some of the rockiest times the British economy has known.
That achievement is recognised this year with inclusion in the second edition of the London Stock Exchange’s list of
1000 Companies to Inspire Britain. The list showcases the top companies in Britain whose performance shines as an inspiration, demonstrating the great possibilities and opportunities for British businesses.
Year on Year Turnover Growth
To be included in the list, which spotlights some of the UKs most vibrant companies across 50 sectors and from all regions of the UK, companies must demonstrate not just growth in revenue over the last four years, but must also significantly outperform their peers.
In just seven years GG Glass has reached an annual £12 million turnover, providing 100 jobs across four key locations in the UK including London and Glasgow.
GG Glass has demonstrated astounding success in both list requirements, providing glazing solutions to businesses that include prestigious designer brands and High Street names. The management team combined has over 100 years of glazing experience, putting customer satisfaction at the front of everything they do.

Ram raid repairs and locksmith services are also available where needed. There is a UK based 24 hour helpdesk with a 2 hour response from initial call for agreed emergency work.
