I sincerely hope that you and your families are staying safe and well during these very difficult times.
Following the Government announcement on March 23rd re restrictions that would be in place to assist in the battle against the spread of COVID-19, we made a decision to close the majority of our operations by 31st March, out of concern for our staff and customer safety and following a fall in demand.
Our Manchester, Leeds and Gateshead branches were closed with operations being ran out of our Liverpool factory by a specialist team who have been coordinating works and deliveries in a safe workspace.
We have reviewed our health and safety practices to ensure we can be confident that we are adhering to the government guidelines and due to an increase in demand we are now confident we can operate safely.
From Monday 11th May our branches in Manchester, Leeds and Gateshead will reopen with a small team operating in each to begin to start despatching orders. As demand increases we will seek to safely increase our capacity throughout
